WHAT TO EXPECT
This interactive course will include guided meditations, embodiment practices, group discussion, and home practice. Read about our past participants' experiences on Google reviews here and on Facebook here.
We'll be using the platform zoom. Ethan and Lucy are both experienced online teachers and have found that this form offers a beautiful chance for people to connect deeply with the practices and group, but with all the comforts of home.
Ethan has been facilitating mindfulness groups and retreats for over a decade. He currently teaches mindfulness and Buddhism at the nationally acclaimed Sharpham Trust, and local meditation groups across the UK. He has extensive experience leading groups in Mindful communication, Non-violent communication and Buddhist reconciliation practices. He spent five years training at Plum Village with the internationally recognised mindfulness teacher & Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh.
Lucy is part of a nationally acclaimed team delivering mindfulness for burnout retreats, where she empowers people to step into self-authority and courageous action with the tools of compassion and mindfulness. She teaches self-compassion internationally and is interested in how fierce compassion can help us to show up for ourselves, and for others. She is due to give a TEDx talk in March titled; 'How I Saved A Life with Fierce Compassion.'
