These drop-in sessions are aimed either to introduce you to or support you in your practice, allowing you to connect with the benefits of mindfulness and self-compassion whilst being in an intimate group setting.
Practising with others under the guidance of one of our experienced facilitators is a wonderful way to keep your meditation practice fresh and alive. Whether you’ve attended an eight week course, or perhaps are new to mindfulness and self-compassion, these sessions provide an opportunity for you to feel more grounded, ready to meet any challenges of modern day life, and can create uplift.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Our drop-ins include some reflections on a theme, various guided meditations, occasional writing exercises, and some time to share and discuss within the group.
