Short-Course in Mindful Self-Compassion


These drop-in sessions are aimed to support you in your practice, allowing you to connect with the benefits of mindfulness and self-compassion in a group setting.

Practising with others under the guidance of one of our experienced facilitators is a wonderful way to keep your meditation practice fresh and alive.




Our drop-ins often include some reflections on a theme, various guided meditations, occasional writing exercises, and some time to share and discuss within the group.
