ABOUT
This half day retreat is a chance to explore and integrate the practices of Mindful Self Compassion. We will come together for a morning of silent practice and experience gentle guidance in the core practices of Mindful Self Compassion.

WHO IS THIS COURSE FOR?
This retreat is a perfect refresher for those who've already attended a Mindful Self-Compassion Course or Retreat. We will assume you are familiar with the practices and concepts of MSC but everyone is welcome to join.

Dr Lucy Chan
Lucy is an experienced certified Mindful Self-Compassion teacher who trained directly under the internationally renowned pioneers of self-compassion Kristin Neff and Chris Germer. She teaches globally and also co-created the Self-Compassion programme for the nationally acclaimed mindfulness charity The Sharpham Trust. She also works as a doctor in the NHS; self-compassion practices helped her meet the challenges of a stressful job and her passion is to help others incorporate these practices into their lives.

Ethan Pollock
Ethan is a Mindful Self-Compassion teacher who has been facilitating mindfulness groups and retreats for over a decade. He currently teaches mindfulness, self-compassion and Buddhism at the nationally acclaimed Sharpham Trust, and local meditation groups across the UK. He was one of the founding members of Wake Up London, a still thriving community of young meditators (aged 18-35). He spent five years training at Plum Village with the internationally recognised mindfulness teacher & Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh.
