Lucy is an experienced certified Mindful Self-Compassion teacher who trained directly under the internationally renowned pioneers of self-compassion Kristin Neff and Chris Germer. She teaches globally and also co-created the Self-Compassion programme for the nationally acclaimed mindfulness charity The Sharpham Trust. She also works as a doctor in the NHS; self-compassion practices helped her meet the challenges of a stressful job and her passion is to help others incorporate these practices into their lives.
In 2021, she delivered a TEDx talk on Fierce Compassion that you can watch on the official TED website here.
Ethan is a Mindful Self-Compassion teacher who has been facilitating mindfulness groups and retreats for over a decade.
