Enjoy a day of mindfulness. A carefully curated day of meditation practices. We will practice mindfulness both on and off the cushion. This day will help you feel more grounded and connected to the present moment.

Over 3 hours of guided meditations and instructions for mindfulness practices away from your screen.

Ethan Pollock

Ethan is a teacher of mindfulness, Buddhism, and Mindful Self-compassion. He has been facilitating mindfulness groups and retreats for over a decade. He currently teaches courses and retreats at the Sharpham Trust, Hawkwood College, Schumacher and local meditation groups across the UK. He spent five years training at Plum Village with the internationally recognised mindfulness teacher & Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh.
