ABOUT

New Year is the perfect time to pause, reflect and reconnect with our intentions for ourselves and our lives. Following the popularity of their New Year retreats, our retreat leaders Lucy and Ethan will be returning to Devon for the third year running for another week of peace, meditation, and inner exploration.

Discover the art of mindful living and allow yourself the time and space to slow down and relax in the beauty of Dartmoor. Enjoy the company of a supportive group, gentle guidance, alongside a balance of reflective solitude and engaging in community.

You can expect:

-
Your choice of a comfortable single or shared room, with en-suite, in beautiful accommodation
-
Small group of 10-13 retreatants
-
Delicious wholesome vegetarian food; we can cater for vegans, gluten free etc.
-
Set in the heart of Dartmoor, you will be surrounded by the untouched beauty of this stunning landscape.
-
Gentle guidance through the practice of mindfulness with guided sitting sessions, mindful walking, and nature connection activities.
-
Free time to relax and unwind, supported by deep relaxation sessions & optional yoga.
-
Supportive periods of silence each evening and early morning, including a day of silence for personal reflection on New Year's Day.
-
Building a sense of community with like-minded people by sharing experiences and household tasks; we prepare meals & eat together, and have the option of working out on the land (weather permitting)
Please note New Year's Day is spent in silence & the focus of the retreat is to encourage peace & contemplation.
