ABOUT

This 6 week course will allow us to use the skills of mindfulness and self-compassion to adapt positively and constructively when we meet challenges. It is derived from the Mindful Self-Compassion eight-week programme, an evidence-based training shown to improve emotional resilience.

 TOPICS WILL INCLUDE...

  • How to cultivate more self-kindness and self-compassion in our daily lives

  • Motivating ourselves with compassion rather than criticism; managing the inner critic

  • How to meet difficult emotions skillfully

  • How to show compassion to others without burning out

  • Realising and strengthening our core values, so that we can begin to live our lives according to them.
