ABOUT
This 4-night retreat is a wonderful opportunity to directly experience the transformative power of mindfulness and self compassion whilst connecting with your peers and mindfulness facilitators in a safe and supportive space.

Immerse yourself in daily practices such as sitting and walking meditation, mindful eating, and mindful listening to develop a strong foundation that you'll be able to take home with you!

We'll be exploring ways to develop resilience and kindness together as a community; allowing you to rediscovering your common humanity with others who are at a similar lifestage.

You can expect:

-
A shared room (2 people per room)/ Private room
-
Small group of 10-12 retreatants
-
Develop a practice of mindfulness with guided sessions, mindful walking and periods of silence.
-
Learn ways to support yourself; how to connect with yourself and others, take care of difficult emotions, and find more joy.
-
Free time to unwind, supported by deep relaxation sessions.
-
Nature connection, and time outside (including cold river dips if that's your thing!)
-

Delicious vegetarian food; we also cater for vegans, gluten free etc.
We will be spending some time each day in silence while engaging in practice together; this can support us in finding a deeper sense of calm.
