neglected myself, once i started
looking after myself.
grief takes a toll.
worry takes a toll.
loneliness takes a toll.
loving hard takes a toll.
even when that love comes from a
well meaning place. from a heart
that is golden. take the time to
nourish your soul. i beg you.
everyone is better off when you
can love with arms that are not
crumbling. and everyone is better
off when, with the same beautiful
